Ocean Manor Resort Tiki Bar-
Serve/Bartend at a high pace tiki resort bar on the beach. Also work banquets including weddings, high school reunions, and any other engagements that are booked.
M/Y High Cotton-
I joined this yacht in California as a “long-term temporary” sole-stewardess, while the previous stewardess and mate took some time off. I was in charge of interior cleaning and provisioning, guest service, weekly flower arrangements, and cooking for the crew.
S/V Zanabe
Stewardess on an 80 foot ketch. Prepared for guests and crew and took care of all provisioning. Basic interior and deck work.
M/Y Silver Seas
Stewardess on 107 foot Burger. Performed two weeks of owner charter. Duties included all interior work and was also responsible for maintaining the exterior of the boat.
S/V True North
Stewardess on 65 foot Privilege Catamaran. Duties included cleaning all bases of the boat and catering to guests (table setting, theme parties, food/drinks). Was also responsible to help on deck as needed.
English Harbour S/Y Drumbeat
Antigua Day work which involved stowing the boat for their passage and helped with the provisioning.
English Harbour S/V Arabella
Antigua Day work which involved cleaning 20 cabins and adjoining heads, main salon and gallery. Assisted in re-provisioning the vessel.
Leeward Islands S/V Jacumba
Caribbean For 2 months performed all tasks asked of me by the Captain; including standing watch, cooking, washing dishes, cleaning and helping with sail sheets.
Bartender/Cocktail Waitress
Performed all opening and closing procedures including inventories. Am knowledgeable on liquor responsibility and how to apply it properly. Worked from cocktail waitress to bartender to manager.
